The following content has changed:

  • § 6 para. 1, 2: the customer's inspection obligations regarding the condition of the bike have been formulated more clearly
  • § 8 para. 5: the obligation to be able to name the place of return up to 48 hours after return has been deleted
  • § 9 para. 1: the exclusion of guarantee liability has been clarified
  • § 10 para. 2,3: the liability of the customer for culpable violation of the notification and cooperation obligations and for violations of the StvO was deleted
  • § 14 para. 1: the calculation of prices has been clarified
  • § 18 new: Amendment of general terms and conditions, adjustment of fees
