Our bikes are now back in use all over the city! After the serious wave of vandalism, we can now offer you our service again throughout Cologne. Our colleagues on site continue to repair all damaged bikes as fast as they can. The availability of our bikes will therefore continue to increase in the coming weeks. Just look at the map in the app or on the website to find a bike nearby. Please also pay attention to the map and the color of the LED on the rear wheel when returning a bike. As usual, you can return the bikes within the flex zone and at our stations.
In order for this to continue, we need your help in the future!
Please support us by reporting broken bikes with bike number and location and - if possible - also a photo to lostandfound@nextbike.com with the subject "Cologne Vandalism". Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the bike with your cell phone camera and report the bike directly via the opened website.
