Lately we're dealing with a vast amount of blind destruction of our bikes.
The vandalism on our bikes has reached a critical level, and we have to realize that the public safety for our bikes is no longer given. We had to limit the service area temporarily to ensure an acceptable service and to avoid long, time-consuming ways. Our service team is working around the clock and is at its limit. We hope to restore the usual availability as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and the encouragement we have received in the last few days.
You can continue to support us by reporting broken or untraceable bikes. To do so, scan the QR code on the bike with your phone camera and report the bike directly via the opened website or email us to email@example.com with the subject "Cologne Vandalism".
