We are working non-stop to get our bike sharing service back on the road as quickly as possible and can already offer a higher availability again. Please check the location map in the app or website where you can rent and return bikes. Unfortunately, public safety for our bikes cannot yet be guaranteed. Therefore, we continue to ask for your help!
Please support us by reporting broken bikes with bike number and location and - if possible - also a photo to email@example.com with the subject "Cologne Vandalism". Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the bike with your cell phone camera and report the bike directly via the opened website.
